Returns Policy

As the products are personalized order so cancellations and refunds won’t be accepted because it is a customized store, when orders come, as soon as possible, we put into the processing section.

the products can be replaceable if you have received Wrong product or in damaged condition. To claim replacement, you must be follow the conditions, 1- Video must be recorded while opening the delivered package. The video should be clear and unedited. 2- That must be reported in 48 hours via our mail ( Portraitspider@outlook.com) after the product is delivered
